I came to nutrition the hard way. In high school, a desire to be perfect led me into a disordered relationship with food that took years to untangle. That journey — from fear of food to genuine food freedom — is why I do what I do.

Today I create content, resources, and educational tools that bridge the gap between complex nutrition science and your actual, busy, beautiful life. No diet culture. No calorie counting. No guilt. Just nourishment.
