My Story

The pursuit of
perfection that
changed everything.

In high school, my desire to avoid all "evil" food and look "modelesque" led me toward a disordered relationship with food and my body. I spent years living with no energy and fearing food — what was supposed to be nourishment had become something I was terrified of.

That experience led me on an emotional, physical, and mental journey toward health, wellness, and — eventually — food freedom. It wasn't linear. It wasn't pretty. But it was the most important journey I've ever taken.

If you're anything like me, the desire to achieve perfection can haunt you like a dark shadow. That's why "perfectly imperfect" has become a life motto. As a recovering perfectionist, I'm striving to live with more grace — for others, and especially for myself.

"Giving myself the freedom to make more mistakes — and to be okay with that."

All About Me

Beyond the
credentials.

I'm Chelsea — and underneath the MSc and the content strategy, I'm a wife, a mom, a dog lover, and someone who genuinely believes that your most joyful, energised, glowing life is possible. Not through perfection. Through nourishment.

When I'm not creating content or working with women on their nutrition, you'll find me in the kitchen, chasing my kids, or daydreaming about being a mermaid.

My Food Philosophy

Food is a
gift. Not a weapon.

Food can be medicine for both the body and the soul. Unfortunately, food can also become a weapon we use to hurt ourselves — through emotional eating, binging, starving, overindulging, and the relentless counting that diet culture has normalised.

I believe in a different way. One where food is pleasure, fuel, nourishment, and healing — all at once. Where no food is "evil" and no meal requires guilt.

Eat without counting

No calorie counting. No macro tracking. No obsessive planning. Just learning to eat intuitively and honour what your body actually needs.

No food is demonised

We don't use the concept of "cheating." We use education, mindset, and simple sustainable substitutions to feel empowered — not punished.

Pleasure is part of health

Allowing yourself to enjoy your favourite foods without guilt or shame is not a failure of discipline. It's an act of self-respect.

Sustainable over perfect

Every resource I create is designed to fit into your real life — not an aspirational one. Because consistent and imperfect beats perfect and unsustainable every time.
