There is no perfect diet out there and every person's body reacts differently to food plans. Private Consultations

Deliverables

  • Two 60 minute sessions

  • Unlimited email & text communication in between sessions

  • Individualized action plan with meal plans, lifestyle modifications, strategic eating times, and grocery lists 

  • A library of recipes

Follow-ups are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Long-lasting, sustainable change takes time and I am here to help you on your personal journey

1. Initial Consultation (1 hour)

 

Week 1: Together we will look at your medical history, current health, and future goals. In this meeting, I will be asking a lot of questions about what you eat, your relationship with food, movement routines, stress levels, and quality of sleep.  Afterwards, I will be spending time outside of this consult to create an individualized action plan as unique as you!

 

2. Personalized Health Plan (1 hour) 

Week 2: A week after our initial meeting you will be presented with your individualized health plan. My goal is to educate you on the "why" behind each choice and to spend time discussing your unique plan. You will be provided with intuitive eating principles, dietary plans, lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, and a library of recipes. These guidelines are not rules; rather, they are sustainable strategies to help you achieve lifelong success. 

 

3. Follow-Up Appointments (45min)

 

Ongoing: Sustainable transformation takes time. Accountability, consistency, and problem solving are powerful ways to commit to your health and yourself long-term. Change doesn't happen overnight and I am here to help you along the journey. ​
