Garlic Tahini Dressing

I’m addicted to this sauce! Om nom nom nom! It is SO easy to make and you can use it as a salad dressing, veggie dip, or a creamy marinade. I can put this stuff on almost anything. It’s also vegan, gluten free, and super good for you.

Some facts about tahini:

  1. It is a major ingredient in hummus or baba ganoush; adds lots of flavour and thickness

  2. Tahini is a nut butter, or paste, that comes from ground sesame seeds

  3. Has lots of healthy protein and fat in it with few carbohydrates
