Quick & Easy Salad Combinations

One of my favourite things to eat is salad. I know, sounds crazy right? However, I feel like I’ve mastered the salad making ways, which allows me to eat delicious, healthy salads every time.

I find it almost hard to believe that I used to love eating Caesar salads. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll post a recipe of a stellar Caesar salad that I would actually eat. However, most of the time people are eating chemical laden, creamy Caesar salads that leave your bodies more nutritionally depleted than stimulated.

Here are some healthier ways to get in your greens and not lose tastiness!

Feel free to mix and match however you would like! I’ll add in come of my favourite combinations at the bottom.
